Trade Stands and Craft Fair

Taking a Trade Stand requires you to provide your own stand and cover from the weather. Please note that electricity and water are not provided.

Payment must be made in full at time of application. Evidence of cover of Public Liability and Employers Liability Insurance and adherence to relevant health and safety regulations and legislation must accompany any application. Please contact the Secretary for an application form.

Closing date for returned applications is: Monday 10th June 2013.

Trade Stands applications will be accepted on a first come first served basis up to a quota by type of product/service.  This is to ensure we do not have too many of one type of trade stand on the day.

The sale of food, tea, coffee, soft drinks and ice cream is strictly confined to the official caterer and ice cream provider for the Show.

All craft traders will be situated within the Craft Marquee. A 6ft x 3ft table plus two chairs will be provided. Please note that electricity and water is not provided and generators are not permitted within the marquee.
